Our limited-edition barrel-aged Belgian Golden Strong Ale was made possible through the Knob Creek barrel donated by Answering the Call, a local Kansas City nonprofit organization founded in 2015 to support all First Responders in time of time of need. This select barrel had kept Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey drinkers in good supply for 14 years! Our exclusive brew is slightly estery and medium bodied, having a light citrusy aftertaste and a warm mouthfeel. The lingering flavors of the Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey drenched wooden barrel permeates this craft beauty and will stimulate your senses with every savoring sip.
