French oak medium toast spirals are used to add oak flavor to wines and beer. Spirals are 1 inch in diameter and 8 inches in length which is perfect sized to fit in the opening of a carboy. Maximum flavor extraction takes six weeks. Can be snapped into smaller lengths to add just the right amount of flavor! Sold two per a pack.
